I am proud to have accomplished what many people thought was impossible. In just 8 weeks, I lost 19.2lbs. By the 12th week, I lost another 6lbs and have not yet finished. I adopted a healthy lifestyle. Yes, I have worked hard and persevered in order to reach my goal. Some days I want to give it all up. However, my parents, my friends, even my husband and children support me by training with me. In addition, I have a duo of great, dedicated trainers that enable me to surpass myself. Malika's meal plan and helpful hints, as well as the Bootcamps she teaches with Josée, generate great results. Girls, thank you. Thanks to you, I have discovered perseverance. I have learned that training can be easy and fun. It’s what was missing in my life.

I can’t take all the credit. Yes, it was due to my willingness and my desire to change once and for all that I kept on track towards my goal, but it was especially thanks to Malika, Fit Certified Trainer, that I was able to achieve and even surpass my goal. I followed her meal plan to the letter. The first weeks were quite a challenge, but Malika was there to support me! I am a girl who has always been petite, but in my early thirties I let myself go………. funny at first, but less so when you realize that you do not like what you see in the mirror.  I tried!!! Tried various exercises, diets, advice, I was kickboxing 5 times a week, jogging 4km 2 – 3 times a week and went to the gym on my noon hours….nothing! And most importantly, I thought I was eating well. And then Malika! MY wake-up call, I learned to eat well and do the right exercises for ME. With the Malika Fit Bootcamp, I discovered the benefits of working out, I move, I laugh, I have fun and meet women who, like me, want to stay in shape and keep moving.
