Passionate about health and fitness, I have many years of experience training in gyms, that is, until I discovered group Bootcamp training in 2007.


I immediately fell in love with this type of workout, as it combines group workouts with pushing yourself at 110% of your capacities, which is why I have been a trainer for the past two and a half years. I am a certified Bootcamp trainer, as well as a specialized instructor for group exercise classes (Canfitpro).

In addition to my passion, I have worked with Autistic people for over thirteen years and am mother of three beautiful children: Milan, Nelly and Zoé. I am here to help you push yourself beyond your limits to achieve your personal goals, work hard, and have fun while doing so!

Trainer and mother of 3 children, ages 3, 2 and 1, I have always been involved in team sports and, it goes without saying that with 3 children, you are always on the move! I discovered my passion for working out after having my first child. I had always worked out at home, with the exception of the Bootcamp class that I discovered last April.

I am a technician in social work, and have also been working as a substance abuse councilor with high school adolescents for the past eight years.
